Production Details

All UDAwards products are custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes 3–7 business days after layout approval.

Production time may vary depending on:

  • Order quantity and complexity
  • Materials used
  • Current production queue

Note: Production and delivery times are estimates — we cannot guarantee exact dates due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, customs clearance, or holidays.

Delivery Information

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS.

Delivery Times (after production)

  • Germany: 5–7 business days (Standard), 2–4 business days (Express)
  • Europe (other countries): 7–10 business days
  • United States: 15–21 business days
  • Other countries: 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times depend on both your location and order size. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Prices (Germany)

  • Standard Shipping: €15
  • Express Shipping: €30

These prices are displayed transparently on both product pages and the checkout page. For other regions, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Carrier Selection Policy

To keep shipping prices as low as possible, UDAwards automatically selects the most cost-efficient carrier for each order. Customers cannot manually choose the delivery provider. This ensures competitive pricing and reliable delivery.

Express Delivery

If you need your order urgently, select Express Delivery at checkout. Express orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Buyers outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Custom Products

All UDAwards trophies and awards are custom-made specifically for you. For this reason, returns and refunds are not accepted once production has started.

Exceptions – Production Errors

We accept returns or offer replacements only in cases of verified production errors (e.g., engraving mistakes or incorrect materials). To report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a suitable solution.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the package before opening it.
  2. Email us immediately at info@udawards.com with your order number and images attached.

Without photographic proof of the unopened damaged parcel, we may not be able to process compensation.
