Yes we do. Depending on the complexity of the design, creating a layout can cost 20 euros

No, there is no minimum order amount
Yes, we ship all over the world.
We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF because they can be scaled without losing quality, making them ideal for engraving, printing, or laser cutting. High-resolution raster files like PNG, JPEG, or TIFF are also acceptable if vector files aren’t available—just make sure they’re at least 300 dpi. For specialized engraving or cutting, DXF or layered PSD files can also work. Providing a vector file whenever possible ensures the best clarity and precision for your trophy design.
- Standard delivery may take 7-21 business days from the time when your order is manufactured
- Shipments in Europe are usually delivered within 7-10 business days from the time when your order is manufactured
- Shipments in the United States usually delivered within 15-21 business days from the time when your order is manufactured
If the award is needed as soon as possible, we recommend choosing express delivery, so you will receive your order within 3-5 working days from the time when your order is manufactured
We are sorry but personalized trophies made and marked just for you cannot be returned
Yes we do. We have a dedicated team of Designers and Artists that create all of the awards by hand. We have a production facility full of machinery including UV printers, lasers, metal working, woodworking and many more.
If the package is damaged, please take a photo of it before opening the box. Otherwise, we won’t be able to compensate for the damage caused during transportation.
If the layout is not approved within 2 working days of receiving it, we will not be able to guarantee that we will be able to produce and deliver the award within the previously agreed time
When purchasing products from our store, buyers residing outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other charges in accordance with their country’s regulations. Please note that as sellers, we are not responsible for these fees. We recommend checking your local laws and customs regulations prior to placing an order. Any additional costs related to customs clearance will be the buyer’s responsibility.
